Depending on the level of care you need, you may need to be an established patient of ours to receive Telehealth services for instance, primary care, CCM, and physical movement therapies require you to be an established patient. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with us or give us a call at 601-329-5751 option one. You also must be a resident in the state of Mississippi.
