Kyskie is passionate about helping individuals and communities move beyond surface-level health advice to truly understand how metabolism, nutrition, stress, inflammation, and lifestyle intersect. Her approach combines scientific rigor with practical strategy — empowering people to make sustainable changes that improve both longevity and quality of life.
In addition to seeing patients both online and in person, Kyskie conducts advanced body composition scanning, laboratory trend analysis, and develops customized wellness programs for individuals, organizations, and community health systems. Beyond her clinical work, she serves as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer for national organizations including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Association of Community Health Centers, and the Association of State Public Health Nutritionists. Her work focuses on improving obesity prevention and treatment strategies, strengthening nutrition services in Federally Qualified Health Centers, and advancing evidence-based, equitable care.
