Our slogan “You Can’t Spell Health without HEAL” is meant to be taken figuratively and literally as we aim to lift any barrier necessary to provide easily accessible and high-quality healthcare, the type of care you expect from your healthcare team. For us, HEAL has several meanings: health restoration- which requires a healing process, health maintenance- which is our prevention process, health improvement- which is our condition management process, all of which require a healing process in their own right. God created us to be whole and healthy. When we don’t follow His designed plan for our health, a healing process must occur to restore us to His will. This is our foundation at H.E.A.L. Mississippi and in this foundation, we promote Healthy Eating and Active Living as a form of restoration, maintenance, and improvement along with traditional medical care.

Comprehensive care addresses all aspects of health and health improvement. At H.E.A.L. Mississippi, our primary care practice specializes in cardiometabolic conditions management. Cardiometabolic conditions are conditions that are brought on by improper energy/food metabolism due to multiple factors and we are structured to address those factors. These conditions also require frequent interactions with the healthcare team across a variety of disciplines. We have the ability to address your needs at each level providing you with the fully comprehensive care you need.

Preventive Care Services

Knowing the signs of diseases is key.

A lot of diseases can go unnoticed for years. By the time they become noticeable, they can become incurable, hard to manage, and extremely expensive. Depending on the disease and severity, insurance coverage may be limited causing more out of pocket costs making managing and living with the disease even more difficult. At H.E.AL. Mississippi, our preventive care services help you detect disease risk and disease potential before it gets to a point to where it’s physically unmanageable or financially unmanageable. We offer physicals, wellness exams, and annual check-ups to keep you aware of your health risks.

We also offer immunizations and vaccinations for any person 4yrs of age and up. We are a trusted COVID-19 vaccination provider (CCVP) and a Vaccine For Children (VFC) provider. Our preventive care services are mobile giving us the ability to meeting you in the convenience of your community for community or your home.
