Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
    1 cup frozen pineapple
    ½ cooked beet or cooked carrot
    1 ½ tsp ginger (fresh, minced)
    1 tsp turmeric
    2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

Steps: Combine the above ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more liquid as needed. Sweeten with honey or agave if desired and serve.
