
Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk
1 fresh or frozen banana
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp peanut butter or nut butter
1/2 cup ice (you may omit if you’re using frozen banana)Optional: 1/8 tsp cinnamon or ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey or 1 to 2 chopped pitted dates
Directions
Steps 1: Add all the ingredients to the blender. If your blender has instructions on a specific order of how to add ingredients, follow those.
Steps 2: Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and garnish with optional ground ginger or cinnamon. Serve immediately.
