Apple Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 apple, cored and cubed
    1 cup cucumber, chopped
    1/2 avocado
    1/2 cup ice

    Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey or 1 to 2 chopped dates, 1 to 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1: Add all the ingredients to the blender. If your blender has instructions on a specific order of how to add ingredients, follow those.

Step 2: Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and garnish with optional ground ginger. Serve immediately.
